The Friendship Club is a group of caring adults who meet the first
Wednesday of each month. Some come at 10:00 a.m. to play cards and
games. A potluck is served at noon followed by a short program or
entertainment. Everyone is invited!
The Belles
From different ages and backgrounds, this womens' group gets together
the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Their activities range
from service projects in the community as well as at St. Mark to parties
and dinners out for a time of fellowship and fun. All women in the
congregation are welcome to come anytime!
Men Who Love Donuts
The Men Who Love Donuts is a group of men who are retired and like to
socialize. They listen and talk, share stories, ask questions and give
advice. They laugh and they grieve and support each other when there are
aches and pains and life changes. They ponder a biblical passage or a
story with a message for the day. Men Who Love Donuts welcomes any man
who is available for donuts, coffee and conversation on the second and
fourth Thursdays of each month at 9:00 a.m.
Quilters
Remnants of life pieced together, quilts teach us about patience
and friendship, tradition and heritage. St. Mark Quilters provide a valuable
service by gathering material, sewing quilts and sending them out into the
community and throughout the world to provide warmth to those in need. The
Quilters meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 9:30 a.m. Helpers
are always welcome for a time of sewing, conversation and warm fellowship.
